Bonfire & Halloween Activity Break

Our Holiday fun continues, even if the nights are darker and the weather well . . . . the weather didn’t dampen our spirits and we were able to enjoy all of our on and offsite activities as planned.
We started the holidays with our first activity, a trip to the British Wildlife centre meeting lots of new animals and enjoying a warm beverage from the onsite café, we even had our own reserved area for our packed lunch, which had only been completed the previous week and we were the first guests to try it out, no pressure!
We then eased into the week, starting by making our scary masks, carving our pumpkins and then baking our Halloween treats, ready for the party! We enjoyed a trip to Paradise Park Museum, learning about evolution and being scared by very large dinosaurs, we escaped to explore the gardens, some guests were able to ride around the park on a miniature train. Luckily the sun shone for us all day and we were able to enjoy our delicious lunch sitting out on the patio taking in the rays and enjoying nature. We finished the day with our Halloween party, amazing costumes and Halloween themed songs and dancing whilst enjoying our homemade treats!
Our next activity was with the forest school making Halloween inspired mobiles and conker comets, before enjoying cheesy pasta cooked in our fire pit, and although a little colder enjoying sparklers & roasting marshmallows into the evening.
We finished our week with a requested trip to bowling before returning home.
