First of the Two April Arts & Crafts Activity Breaks at Nutley Edge

We are having a creative month at Nutley Edge and started April with the first of two Arts & Crafts Activity Breaks.

We left London behind and began our week with a visit to The Amelia Scott Museum & Art Gallery where we learnt all about Tunbridge Wells’ history and enjoyed an exhibition filled with local artists work.

Tuesday was all about making beautiful shadow box frames and canvases, showcasing our guests’ talents, followed by a sing-along with Jo, our wonderful folk singer.

On Wednesday we enjoyed a walk around Brighton’s Art Gallery and Museum, followed by fish and chips and ended the day with a fantastic party where guests really showed off their dance moves!

On Thursday we used nature to create art with King of the Woods Forest School Crafts, where guests did some wonderful printing and we finished the week with the ever popular trip to Hollywood Bowl.

Watch this space for Arts & Crafts round two later this month.
