Parkholme
Parkholme is a Supported Living Service with staff on site 24 hours a day.
People we support live in their own individual flat situated across two floors in the building. All flats are self-contained consisting of an entrance hallway, kitchen, lounge, bedroom and bathroom with access to the ground floor communal living space and the rear garden. Parkholme offers a person centred approach to the way the support is delivered by having a designated team of staff, support the person in their own flat.
