Care and Support Everything we do is about supporting vulnerable adults to achieve the best quality of life possible. Our services operate across eight London Boroughs and provide a range of support to people within their local communities. Our services include Residential Care Schemes, Supported Living Schemes and Outreach and Floating Support Services. We support over 1000 people across the North and East London Boroughs and are regulated by Supporting People and The Care Quality Commission

Independent Living Programmes We set up projects that involve our customers with aspects of everyday life, such as working, being creative, socialising and volunteering. In addition to helping our customers to gain valuable skills they also develop confidence, minimise social isolation and help people towards achieving greater independence and a more balanced life.

Housing Our Housing Team provides flexible, high quality, responsive and effective housing management services to all our customers. We enable people to maintain their tenancies and live within the community in ordinary housing that is suited to their individual needs.

Volunteering We provide excellent volunteer training and a great support package because we recognise the tremendous impact that volunteers have on people’s lives. ‘Integrate.’ our volunteer programme, has recently been awarded a quality mark by Investors in Volunteers.

Involving Service Users Our service users are involved with how we run our charity. Service user involvement is a high priority for us - we even have a dedicated team that work with our serviuce users to make sure that their voices are heard. We have committee’s that inform policy and report to our board and we train our customers to help with running our organisation, such as interviewing staff and evaluating the quality of our work.

The Newlon Group

We have been part of the Newlon Group since February 2001. Since this time our work with both Newlon Housing Trust and Newlon Fusion has yielded positive outcomes for vulnerable Londoners. We are proud that our successful partnership continues to improve people's lives.

The HOLD project

Our HOLD project is a Shared Ownership scheme delivered in partnership with Newlon Housing Trust. The scheme enables people who meet the eligibility criteria to own their own homes.
