City Gateway’s Traineeship Programme

Route to Work pre-employment course for 16 to 24-year-olds in Business Administration and Customer Service.

City of Westminster College

two-and-a-half-week construction course followed by work placement, applicants must be aged 18 or over unemployed and claiming benefit.

Kickstart Campaign 

The Kickstart Scheme is a 6 month paid job with a local employer, funded by the Government. It provides a fully funded opportunity for young people to gain experience of working in some of Britain’s most exciting companies.

Kick start your career with an apprenticeship at Hackney Council

An apprenticeship is a full time/part time job with at least 20% of your time spent studying. Apprenticeships last from one to four years, depending on the qualification you’re taking. There are more than 100 apprentices at the council. They work in lots of different areas, for example Housing, ICT, Trades, Business Administration, Youth Work, and Finance.
