Lance joined the Outward Board in September 2025. He is a senior technology and operations leader with 15 years’ experience across the private, public and non-profit sectors, and is currently Head of IT Services at Moat Homes. Previously, he led global IT operations at WaterAid, supporting an international charitable organisation across more than 30 countries.
Recognised in the Future CIO 100 in 2025 and 2026 and a member of the European CIO Advisory Board, Lance brings experience in digital transformation, cyber resilience and technology governance. He is particularly interested in how technology can improve services and support better outcomes for the people Outward serves.
