Katie studied social Pedagogy in Germany and has a background in education and children’s services. Katie started out working in a care home as a student and has worked in learning disability services for the past ten years in the UK, supporting directly as well as holding local, operational and senior management roles.
Katie has been in her current role since June 2016. She is the director of all learning disabilities services and the CQC nominated individual for Outward. Responsible for ensuring compliance, Katie is committed to bringing to life our mission to deliver high-quality personalised services for the people we support.
