Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and guidance for digital tools, including Sona Time-Management and Care Planning systems.
  • Collaborate with Care & Support teams to assess staff digital skills and create tailored training tools.
  • Act as the primary contact for C&S system-related queries, troubleshooting, and escalating complex issues to systems’ providers.
  • Manage the Digital Inbox, triaging queries and ensuring timely responses.
  • Assist in C&S systems testing, validation, and day-to-day administration.
  • Support data cleansing, migration, and maintenance to ensure accuracy in preparation to the Care Planning system implementation.
  • Develop user guides, FAQs, and instructions’ materials to promote C&S digital adoption.
  • Liaise with the Digital Technology and Care & Support teams to align systems with organisational goals.

Full JD is available on request.

  • Excellent understanding of care sector requirements, including shift planning and compliance.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and managing software platforms.
  • Collaborative mind-set with the ability to support technical and care teams.
