About Outward
Outward (Housing) is a vibrant and inclusive charity providing care, supported housing, respite breaks and community support services to people with learning disabilities, autism or other support needs due to age, circumstance or disability. We have been operating successfully for over 45 years, are part of the Newlon Group and work predominantly across North and East London.
We employ more than 400 people, provide services in 9 London boroughs and work with many community volunteers who support our charitable activities. Our vision is that every person should have the opportunity to be valued, active participants in their communities; living the life they choose and breaking down barriers they face by support which engages, enables and empowers people towards further independence.
The Role
Are you passionate about quality and/or business support? Do you want to drive high standards of care and support services to people living in their own home or in supported housing? If so, we would love to hear from you.
The main purpose of the role is to assist the Quality and business support team in monitoring and managing Outward’s Quality Management systems, to ensure our services are delivered to the highest standard of quality. This role would suit a forward thinking, professional individual who is looking for their next career move experience.
We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of adults at risk and expect all staff to share this commitment. If the post you apply for involves working with or having access to adults at risk and/or their records, we will require an Enhanced Disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Services. This will be fully subsidised by Outward.
