About the Role

Are you looking for a chance to develop your existing skills as a manager in a supported housing environment? Do you feel you can bring a fresh approach and dynamic new ideas and commitment to providing a maintenance, compliance and administration service which supports our client groups?

Outward Housing Department provides a housing management service aimed at sustaining vulnerable people in their tenancies. We work with a number of registered housing providers and in conjunction with our Group partner Newlon Housing Trust to provide housing management services to their supported housing homes.

As a Housing Services and Compliance Manager you will be expected to ensure that a comprehensive, sensitive and efficient maintenance, and compliance service is delivered to our tenants. You will have the ability to liaise with a range of internal and external partners, and experience leading a team to provide effective and efficient administration support to colleagues.

You will also be able to effectively manage customer complaints relating to maintenance,

Ensure health and safety checks are compliant and provide comprehensive performance reports on repairs for both in house and landlord services and escalate underperformance with landlords.  You will also be able to increase customer satisfaction by implementing areas of service improvement.

The successful candidates will also have excellent organisational, administrative and IT skills, and a commitment to excellent customer service.
