Job description:

The people we support can't wait to meet you

We support people across ten London boroughs, and experience tells us that employing local people who know their communities means that the people we support have a better chance to live the lives they want.

Everyday is different as a support worker; you might be swimming, socialising, or supporting someone to find work, or a relationship ... but whatever you do, the people we support are always at the heart of your working day.

If you want to engage, enable and empower the people we support, then get in touch!

We are interested in life experiences as well as work experience and if you're studying towards a social care qualification, that's great too! However, what our customers are looking for is:

• A patient, honest and open nature

• A positive can-do approach

• Ability to work as part of a team

• And a willingness to learn something new every day

We value everything our support workers do for our customers, so we provide a great benefits package:

• Flexible working hours; that will give you the work life balance that is right for you

• Up to 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays (pro rata for part time)

• An occupational sick pay scheme

• Access to our Employee Assistance Programme

• Annual leave purchase scheme

• Travel Loans

• Training and Development opportunities

So, whether you're looking for full-time, part-time or flexible working hours, why not get in touch? We are interviewing on a rolling monthly basis, so get in touch now and find out how you can get involved.
