Job description:

An Apprenticeship with Outward will give you hands-on experience of making a real difference to the lives of people with a learning disability, while earning a wage and getting qualifications.

Over your 12 months as an apprentice, you'll get the experience, training and nationally recognised qualifications you need to take your next step on long-term career path in Social Care with possibility of a range of jobs and roles that really impact on people and their communities.

Best of all, as an apprentice with Outward you be working with passionate people, who share the same values and are all working towards making people's lives better. You'll be a valued member of the team, and working alongside colleagues you'll learn what it takes to support, coach and motivate people with both the nitty gritty practicalities of day to day life and to follow their dreams, be it putting on an art exhibition, going on holiday or learning to ride a horse.

We recognise the great work our apprentice do, and as well as paying £5-6 an hour and offering a range of great benefits, when you successfully complete yours will give you a £250 voucher award to say and extra "thank you".
