Introducing our 2016-17 Annual Report

8th December 2017

We are really pleased to share our 2016-17 Annual Report with you. We hope you find it an interesting and informative read.

The past 18 months have seen successes and challenges for our charity. We face the ongoing challenge of recruiting high-quality staff at a time of reduced budgets. We are, however, up to this challenge, proven by some real success stories that are the result of our staff thinking creatively and going the extra mile for customers. We will also soon open Doubleday Court in Leyton, in which twelve people with learning disabilities will have their own brand new self-contained flats.

High-quality staff and high-quality homes are both key to Outward continuing to grow and make a difference.

Many thanks for your continuing support and interest in what we do. We thrive because we have great partners and allies in the boroughs in which we work, as well as in East Sussex where we run our Nutley Edge holiday project.
