First and foremost, we value all the service users who increasingly help mould our services. Across all our services, users are involved in planning the support they receive, in interviewing staff and inspecting care and support services.
We seek to ensure that the support we provide is not one-size-fits-all, but is tailored to what each individual wants and needs.
