Interview Training Skills
We now have another 6 people who can be part of our service users interview panels. They will now be paid to sit on interview panels and make sure we get good staff working for Outward!

The new trainees have already started to interview staff, and they have done really well. If you are a service user interested in having this training, please contact Liz McLeary.
Some other courses we are running at present -
- Assertiveness Training - learning to speak up for yourself.
- Health & Safety - learn how to stay safe and healthy.
- Complaints and abuse - learning to tell people if you get treated badly by anyone.
- Help with writing your will training - This will tell you all about wills and help you to start writing one.
