Service users on an interview panel
Outward has a fully-inclusive recruitment process. More than twenty service users undertook a three month in-house training course and are now involved in writing job adverts, application forms and descriptions. Anyone coming for interview for whatever position has a service user panel interview and their scoring has equal weight with that of the management panel.
