Recruitment

All staff undergo a rigorous interview process prior to joining the service and have police checks carried out by the Criminal Records Bureau. Three quarters of the staff team have achieved NVQ qualifications. 

 

New staff undergo a six month probationary period and have monthly one to one supervision sessions. All new staff are mentored by an existing staff member and undergo a shadowing process to enable them build good working relationships with our service users.
