Outward Board and Directors

Outward has an independent Board of Directors, who meet approximately every two months to discuss issues and make decisions on Outward's operations and strategic direction.

Outward also operates three sub-commitees to the Board who meet approximately every three months.  The three sub committees are:-

• The Human Resources Committee
• The Finance Committee
• The service user parent / carer & Quality Committee.

These sub committees consist of a mix of Board members and senior Outward staff, and the service user parent / carer  Quality committee also has membership that includes parents, carers and our service users.
