What we do


What we do
Our charity is all about the people that we support. Whether we are providing care and support in partnership with local authorities or supporting people via the Direct Payment system, it is the individual that determines what kind of support we provide.
We work across nine London Boroughs and provide support to People with Learning Disabilities, Autism Spectrum Conditions, Older People, Young people in need of housing support and people with Mental Health Issues.
Supported Living services
Our supported living services provide a genuine alternative to residential care for people who want to live more independently. We provide support from a few hours per week up to twenty four hours per day.

Our Outreach services have an excellent reputation, not only do they provide support when and where it is needed they also actively work with people to prevent social isolation.

Floating Support services - Older People
Our team provide one-to-one home support to enable people over the age of 55 to continue to live independently. The service is free at the point of use and is funded by the local authority in The London Boroughs of Hackney and Redbridge.

Floating Support services - People with Learning Disabilities
This flexible service supports people with Learning Disabilities in The London Borough of Waltham Forest. Our dedicated team provide support across the community when and where it is needed.

Residential 24 hour support services
Our Residential 24 hour support services provide specialist, tailored support to people with profound or complex learning disabilities and people with Autism Spectrum Conditions.

Transition and brokerage services
Leaving school or moving into adult services can be emotionally challenging. Our specialist team support people with Learning Disabilities and people with Autism Spectrum Conditions manage transition and source the services they need.

We provide accommodation and housing for up to 600 vulnerable people across London.

Outward is a registered provider of domiciliary care and regulated by the CQC.
Our specialist support services for people with Autism Spectrum Conditions are accredited by Autism Accreditation.
