Package 1: Support Assessment & Set-up

 

•    We can provide a comprehensive assessment of ASD needs, support and care. This will involve meeting with current providers/family members/ other professionals or working directly with service users.

•    We provide systems alongside the assessment to support the set up of a professional service – risk assessments, communication passports, sensory assessment, communication systems, working guidelines etc according to the needs of individuals.

•    We supply a final report and follow up review.

•    We can provide this service to social workers to enable a successful transition, or to non-specialist providers to support mainstream services.

•    Timescales and costs agreed prior to commencement of service.
•    Based on assessment information we can establish priority issues, linked to time-frames for resolution.
•    We can work with providers [ourselves or others] to establish, work through and resolve areas of concern within a time-frame.

 

Package 2: Direct Specialist Outreach Support

 

•    We provide short or long-term direct specialist Outreach Support to people on the spectrum.
•    We successfully provide services to people with high challenging needs.
•    We can provide emergency/short notice support [where there has been breakdown of service/home life/ forensic incidents etc].
•    We work closely with other providers, commissioners and family members in any setting [day centres/home/supported living/school etc].
•    We work to an agreed hourly cost.
•    We set out a clear plan of our work intentions, set against well monitored, achievable outcomes.

 

Package 3: Training & Consultancy

 

•    Competitive training can be provided for a range of professionals [social workers, support staff etc].
•    Half day and full day training is offered – ‘understanding the autistic spectrum’.
•    Tailor made training can be provided to a range of professionals, to meet specific needs of staff in relation to individual service users or a group of service users.
•    Consultancy – providing guidance, advice and assessment to providers and commissioners. A full report, breakdown of support needs, risk assessments and guidance to meet an individual’s needs will be provided.

Our unique service provides to those with high challenging needs on the spectrum, where mainstream services struggle/ break down or where users refuse them. Our experience, knowledge, and  investment in current understanding and training allows for us to equip staff with the skills to work successfully with service users, using applied behavioural approaches. We apply clear, time framed and well monitored outcomes to our work.

 

All of the above services can be purchased through supporting people, care management, direct payments, individual budgets or personal payments, special rates can be provided for large packages/ combination packages.
