I live in my own flat in Walthamstow. Staff help me to do as much as I can for myself. I am encouraged to speak out and complain about any problems I have or if I am not happy with the support I get from Outward.
I can contact the Housing team by phone or by visiting the office at Wood Street. I speak to them when something is not working or needs replacing. They help me understand my responsibilities as a tenant, claim benefits that I should get and keep my flat safe and secure.
I want Outward to continue to listen to my needs and to help me keep my home to a high standard.
I need Outward to help me keep my independence, which is very important to me.
I'm very happy in my new flat and I still get support with any housing issues, as well as being visited regularly by Outward's support workers.
