Support Workers - £19,715 - £23,278 (inc Inner London Weighting) Ref: CAM/SW
We have a number of Support Worker vacancies within our team working across several supported living services based in Camden.
We are especially interested in male applicants.
You will be based in one of our Camden Supported Living Services but will work across several services as part of a larger team. We are looking for people with experience of working with people with challenging behaviour and/ or Autism in a supported living setting. Posts can be offered as full time or part time hours. You will be required to work some evenings and weekends, bank holidays and do sleep-ins. There is an additional payment for sleep-ins .
You will support service users using person centred specific approaches, that offer an improved quality of life and provide consistent reliable support. You will support service users in their own homes and in the community. You will therefore need to have good judgement, show commitment and initiative.
All salaries shown are based on full time hours. We also offer 5 weeks annual leave, a contributory pension scheme and free life assurance for permanent posts.
Sessional Support Workers - £8.50 per hour Ref: CAM/SSW
We also welcome applications from those wishing to join our sessional support worker bank. We require flexible individuals willing to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
