Training
Outward is committed to the learning and development of all its employees and our investment in training and development is reflected in the dynamic services we provide to our service users.
Both service users and staff are involved in the development and delivery of our training programme.
Development
In addition to training, Outward recognise that learning takes place in other ways. Secondment opportunities and "acting up" positions are just some examples of how Outward support people to grow and develop.
