Our Housing Management team support people with varying degrees of care and support needs. Our services have the capacity to house over 600 vulnerable people across London.

Housing Management is responsible for looking after our residential properties and is dedicated to delivering quality services that ensure a better quality of life for the people that live in them. We believe that the good quality housing services are central to the delivery of efficient care and support.

Housing management is wide-ranging and covers all aspects of estate and tenancy management. From  strategic  level management through to the day-to-day liaison with the people that live in our properties, we believe that our housing services are second to none.

To better meet the needs of the people that live in our properties we have split the three main areas of Housing Management across three dedicated teams; Rents &Income Recovery, Tenancy Management and Maintenance.

Our mission is to create excellent living environments for our service users, which means working with the local community to tackle anti-social behaviour, managing community areas and keeping the local environment as clean and safe as possible.
