Our Outreach services have an excellent reputation, not only do they provide a needs led service to support people within their communities, but they also actively work with people to prevent social isolation. Our Outreach Services support people in undertaking various aspects of everyday independent living. The service is flexible with some people receiving ongoing packages of support, whilst others access the service for specific things such as attending appointments. Currently operating across five London boroughs, our outreach services have the capacity to meet need across the capital. Our flexible, friendly and dedicated team provide the service when and where it is needed, for as long as it is needed. |

Supported Living Schemes
Our support packages are tailored to meet individual need and provide a genuine alternative to residential care for people who want to live more independently. Support packages range from a few hours per week to twenty-four hours per day. Volunteer support can be incorporated into tailored packages to help the customer in pursuing activities or accessing the local community. Our supported living services operate across a range of boroughs and provide flexible, tailored support for people with mild, moderate and profound learning disabilities.
