The Newlon Group
The Newlon Group is a partnership of three organisations that work together to provide a comprehensive range of services to improve the lives of people living across North and East London. The lead organisation is the Newlon Housing Trust
Newlon Housing Trust
Newlon Housing Trust is a ‘not for profit’ industrial and provident society and a charitable housing association. Newlon owns or manages nearly 7,000 affordable homes across eight boroughs in north and east London. The homes are a mix of affordable tenures and are designated for people nominated from local authority waiting lists. Working in partnership with Outward, Newlon Housing Trust also provide housing for people with a wide range of support and care needs. For the 2008/09 Financial Year our asset base was £670 million and our annual turnover was £55 million. Newlon has 120 members of staff.

The Trust also provides specialised accommodation for Key Workers and Shared Ownership homes to help people take their first step on the property ladder.

Outward

Outward is a charity that provides care and support to more than 1,000 people across North and East London. Outwards services are diverse and support a range of people including older people, people with mental health issues, young people and people with learning disabilities - including a specialised service that supports people on the autism spectrum. Outward works across north and east London, employs over 300 staff and has over 40 volunteers. |
Newlon Fusion
Newlon Fusion is a community regeneration agency that aims to create sustainable and economically strong communities. They work in partnership with local authorities and community groups to develop and deliver regeneration programmes, environmental improvement programmes and community projects. Working across the London Boroughs of Islington, Hackney, Haringey and Tower Hamlets, Newlon Fusion also provide a range of training and employment programmes for young people and workless adults.
