Our services are available to you directly through individual/personal budgets or from Care Management within the borough where you live. So if you are looking for one off support to do something special or something a bit longer term then we should be able to help!

Volunteer Support

We recruit and train volunteers to support people toward greater independence and to prevent them from becoming isolated in the communities in which they live. Our volunteers make a tremendous difference to people’s lives.

Home Ownership Scheme for people with Long Term Disabilities

This scheme helps people with long term disabilities to buy their own homes. We work alongside people to help them find a suitable property and navigate the process of buying a home.

Autism Spectrum Conditions Services

Our services to support people with ASC include a residential service in Waltham Forest, specialist and well respected outreach services that support people living in the community and tailored programmes that support people through periods of transition.

We offer packages from only a few hours that are focused upon the achievement of ‘behavioural’ outcomes to increase a person’s capacity to live more independently.

Care and Support Packages

Support packages are available from a few hours per week to 24 hours a day - they are a real benefit to those who wish to live more independently. Care and support hours can be used for almost anything from getting out and about to being supported with personal care or developing independent living skills.

Registered Care Homes for people with Learning Disabilities

Our six Registered Care Homes provide tailored, supported living for people with profound and multiple disabilities. Each of our homes offer 24 hour support to enable people to live as independently as possible – which includes annual holidays and support to get out and about. Our homes are located within the London Boroughs of Tower Hamlets, Hackney and Waltham Forest.
