The 'Buddy' Scheme

To better support the people we employ through Future Jobs we have devised an innovative programme that supports and mentors them throughout thier first six months in post. So far the scheme is working well, many of our staff have volunteered for the role and are being matched with Future Jobs candidates who were successful at interview.
