Outward has a group of service users called the "Focus Group".  They interview other service users about the services they receive from Outward.

The first topic they looked at was "repairs".  They designed a questionnaire, interviewed service users and then reported what they found out to the Quality Committee of Outward's Board.  As a result, changes have been made to the way Outward deals with repairs.  There is now a special phone line to report repairs and the housing team will carry out random checks to ensure service users are satisfied with the service they receive.

The Focus Group has also been looking at the flexibility of support offered to service users and, again, met with the Quality Committee to report their findings.
