Application Process
Professionals:
If you have a referral for an individual with autism spectrum disorder, and feel they would benefit from our specialist service, please give us a call on 020 8509 9357. We will carry out a thorough assessment, based on our knowledge and experience of ASD, involving the circle of support for that individual in the process. We will provide an assessment report based on the individual needs of the person, to help you in your panel presentation to seek funding for the package.
Non Professionals/ Parents/ Service Users:
If you are a parent or a carer of a young adult with autism spectrum disorder, and would like to find out more about our specialist outreach service, please give us a call on 020 8509 9357 .
We can:
• signpost you to a social work team
• discuss how you can seek funding for a service
• provide you with an assessment report
• support you to access direct payments or use individualised budgets
• offer advice and support
