We put the website together (see photo).
I work with staff to change my service to make it better for me. I get helped to do the things I have to do like pay my rent and bills in general, sometimes I don't like doing these things - but that's life isn't it? Colm Mahon.
We plan with our staff what support we get, from the time and day we meet up to what we do.
If you want to work at with us at Outward you will have to be interviewed by two panels, one with staff and one with service users and you will have to accept the decision of BOTH panels who will decide together who gets the job.
Outward gives people the service they want and need at the time and place that is convenient for both of them.
